RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Liquidation Lair, all products are sourced from wholesale auctions and liquidation lots. Because of the nature of our inventory, all sales are generally considered final. However, we stand behind our descriptions and want every customer to be satisfied.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions: the item received is incorrect or significantly different from the description, the item arrived damaged during shipping, or the item is defective and non-functional. Items returned must be in the same condition as received.

All lot sales and bulk purchases are final and non-returnable.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@liquidationlair.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error, damage during shipping, or an item that was not as described, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.

We are not responsible for buyer's remorse, incorrect purchases, or items that do not meet personal preferences when the description was accurate. Please read all product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Liquidation Lair reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
